Dear Friends,
I would like to share my PowerPoint presentation on team building and leadership which I used in my last training session. I am looking forward to receiving your feedback on how to enhance the current presentation.
Some people have been asking me about slide 5 and the reasons for including it. Firstly, to break the monotony and secondly, if you assign the same task to individuals, you will notice that the number of squares counted is less. However, when the activity is done in a group, the count increases due to group contributions.
I hope the relevance of this slide is now clear to you.
Thank you.

Thank you, Tina, for the PowerPoint presentation. I have a question.
I am working as an HR in a private limited firm, but all my new recruits are resigning because a senior manager is not able to handle teammates and pressures them regarding the targets. In that case, what can be done?
I have discussed this case with my directors, but the manager is related to them, so ???.

This is a nice presentation... short and sweet. I have not been able to understand slide 5, and you have also referred to a test in the presentation. Can you please upload that test as well or mail it to me at
?
Thanks,

Hello Tina,
Accept my greetings and appreciation for presenting a neat, crisp, and refreshing presentation. A suggestion: try adding a video clip or stream of a team-building activity. That enhances the overall output. Good work. Appreciations again.
Best wishes.

I loved it.
I am a psychologist, working as a psychometric trainer and OD specialist for a pharma company in Bombay. I am looking for a team-building questionnaire but couldn't find one. Can I use the Transactional Style Inventory and LEAD test with the managers? I guess it should help. In case you have any material to share, I'd be grateful!

Hi Tina,
The PowerPoint presentation is good. You are absolutely right that adding activities to the presentation breaks the monotony and makes the concept easy to understand.
As you are a Psychometric Analyst and Trainer, can you please help me in designing some psychometric tests that can be used during interviews?
