Dear all,
I wanted to share with you this motivated and inspirational story of a small boy:
"Find the good. It's all around you. Find it, showcase it, and you'll start believing in it."
Thank you.

Dear Shaji,
Why should I make fun of all? If it is not clear to you, please try again. Otherwise, write to me in a polite manner. I am sorry to say this, but as a mature person, you should not make comments like this.

Dear Phalguni,
Please read and understand what I have mentioned in your email. You told me to send comments in a polite manner, and I understand. However, why have you added extraordinary things, saying, "I am sorry to write this. Being a mature person, you should not comment like this"? If I have made a mistake, I apologize. I have come to know that, apart from me, all other members are able to view your file. Please correct your sentence. Thank you.

Dear Phalguni,
Hi, your PPT has inspired me to do my best in every little task I'm supposed to undertake. This presentation will be shared with my colleagues and subordinates with the hope that it will similarly inspire many of them! Keep posting good things... Many of us need it.
Thanks, you've turned my holiday (today is Sunday) into a holy day!

Sending email to friends.
Reading interesting weblogs.
Eating good food.
Seeing pretty things, whether they’re in art, or nature
Finally good things sharing with friends

Today, I have received a showcase notice from my management and need to reply to the management within 48 hours. Can you please help me with the format for replying to the letter? This is a simple case. There were two sheets in an Excel file. I had copied the file from the common drive to my folder in the common drive, which was accidentally deleted without my notice. I only realized this after a few days.
The management is seeking clarification regarding this accidental deletion of the file. I have already explained the situation to my supervisor and the management. However, they are requesting me to write a letter regarding this matter repeatedly.
I am concerned whether this incident will be treated as a warning or if I will receive a termination notice for a 2-month period. I am a confirmed employee in the organization.
