1. Where is your location for establishing the factory? (Because State Govt. rules prevail)
2. Nature of Industry (Any Hazardous process?) Rules are different.
3. The latest amendments in the Act are on Atomic energy, which I hope will not have relevance to your factory. Please specify how up-to-date you are in the Factories Act provisions.
