Dear all,
I would like to have your opinion regarding the use of this site. Some members are regularly using this site for meaningless postings. Sometimes it is good to read such posts, but some members are frequently flashing such posts on the site.
I want to make a request to all users who are sending such mails to stop this process. It is also noticeable that some members are posting their personal posts on the site. Please stop the same in favor of all site members.
Hope you understand the worth of being a member of the site where thousands of people are searching for their daily knowledge needs.

Daleep, Balaji, and Ilyas,
When it comes to the humor session, the postings in this forum will be humorous. In what way do you want to control this and why? If you want HR-related stuff, then you have different forums in Cite-hr itself. If we start HR stuff here, then can we call this a Humor session?
Yes, Cite-hr is meant for HR-related stuff, but this doesn't mean that we should be very serious about HR-related matters alone. On one side, we have several sessions in Cite-hr to discuss HR-related stuff, and on the other side, to balance our stress, we have a humor session where we can relax ourselves.
Okay, tell me one thing, why are we employed by companies? ... To work. Are we only working there... tell me... no, we work as well as enjoy... likewise when it comes to Cite-hr, we post HR-related stuff as well as humorous postings. No one can stop us. In case you people are so specific about this, then ignore the humor session and concentrate on other forums where you can find only HR HR HR HR...
If you people say that Cite-hr is meant only for HR-related matters, then why do many HR professionals respond and spend their time in the humor session? Guys, no one is forcing you people to respond to the posts in the humor session, so if you don't like such discussions, then kindly ignore it.

Dear Balaji,
This was what you posted in the thread. I am missing you.
Hey,
Can you all stop this nonsense? It seems like you people just want to play around on this site. Are you really here to discuss HR or what? You people should be sacked if employed in a company immediately. Stupid, idiotic fellows.
KB
Mr. KB,
Try to behave like a human being first, then talk about HR. Give respect and take respect. First of all, tell me, are you talking like an HR? Do you know how HR professionals handle people? First, learn that and then start pointing fingers at others. If you want to oppose something, try to address it in a smooth manner. Even we can talk in the same manner, but we don't because we understand the meaning of respect.

Hi all,
One thing I am not able to understand is why people who come to Cite HR looking for information relevant to them switch to a forum clearly labeled "Humour". They don't even read the caption for Cite Mentors, which states: "Share jokes and funny stories or incidents from your office on this special forum specially created on request of our members." This information is provided on the site where you click to switch to this forum. Despite this, they become furious and start lecturing and giving advice.
My humble request is, please do not switch to this forum if you do not like the content posted here. If someone still disagrees with this, it is their own problem.

Dear Daleep,
As you said, please look at the postings in the Humour session. It's not only a matter of enjoyment. There are several other aspects of life, both personally and professionally, that we learn from the Humour session.
1. We learn what is meant by love and affection, without which we cannot lead a happy life.
2. We learn that now it's our turn to take care of our parents; please don't ignore them.
3. We learn that apart from our jobs, we should find some time for our family. Do you think that everyone has sufficient time for their family members in this busy world? I don't think so.
4. We learn the values of life - relationships, good/bad, behavior, decisions, problems/solutions, etc.
5. As an HR professional, the first thing we should know is how to handle tough people/situations, and we learn that too from here and so on...
If I start pointing them out, then I require the entire day for it. Out of every 100 posts, at least 90% of posts have some good moral in them. Why don't you just search for it and take the good alone? We, as people, will enjoy as well as learn the good and try to be far away from bad.
I hope now you have understood that, Daleep.

Balaji, what happened? Why are you behaving like this? That's not the way to talk with family members. After all, we are all family members of citeHR. Don't bother anybody. If you really don't like this section, please ignore it. We didn't invite anyone to read this post. Please, that's enough for today... and forget all these things.

Dear All,
I am not getting it exactly. It was not pointed towards those who were writing about love and all.
I am extremely sorry. I am not against humorous posts. I don't think that anybody will be against it.
It seems like you people have taken it in some other way.
Balaji, Malini, Rajita, and other members, we are not here to fight or seek support in our favor. Let's leave this work for politicians.
My idea of writing this post was against two or three posts that I have come across on Cite HR, which even you people will not find worth posting here.
You are making it a big issue out of nothing.
And if there was anything wrong with this post, there is a personal message sending option. You can use that to raise your point against a particular person.
It will not only make him realize his mistake but will also help to maintain the relationships and bonds that we have through this platform.
So, I request you all to stop talking like enemies.
I am not against love, humor, fun, or any other activity that is within the limits and circle of tolerance. And I hope all of you are mature and intelligent enough to understand that.
Have a cool evening. Enjoy your day.
Regards

Mr. Daleep,
I have already given an elaborate note on my post yesterday. Even after my apology, I think it's not been taken into account. Do you feel this is the right way?
See, opinions differ from person to person. Like if one thing is opined and then, based on the reaction, an apology is made, it seems to be not accounted for; it's really sad. I do not expect this at all.
