3. As the Financial Manager, how would you conduct financial forecasting?
4. Imagine you are the Marketing Manager of Zidio International, a company manufacturing leather goods. What steps would you take to promote sales?

I have taken the PGDBM course at Symbiosis and I am currently studying the first semester. I require help on how to write an assignment for PPM.
1. Select an organization of choice and trace its growth as an organization, along with its important landmarks and milestones over the last 25 years. The focus should be on management policies, practices, and issues that have propelled the organization to where it is today. Detailed product information may not be required.
2. How did this organization build its image over this period, and what practices are genuinely considered best-in-class that the organization has developed?

Thanks, Kisho Singh, for your contribution and the link to the webpage. However, I find that the answer to the question on Material Flow Information does not address the issue completely as the example to be used is a ''Shopping Centre'' (SC). Kindly take a look at the following site. Though it is about locating SC's, it gives some idea of the issues involved, which are not covered in the answer. By the way, what marks were given to that answer?
