Dear Varsha,
If you want to take HR audit as a project, I suggest working for 1 month as a trainee in the HR audit section to really add value to yourself. HR audit is a part of technical HR, and unless you really understand it, the output will not be satisfactory. Read T V Rao's book on HR audit to get the basic idea.

I have been involved in the New Joiner Process, Exit Process, occasionally conducting Induction, and have also worked on training programs for employees with 1 to 2 years of experience in our organization.

Is this your internship report for the final project? From the marks that you quoted, it looks like the latter. Is this part of any academic course? If so, where are you studying and for what? Normally, institutions have guidelines for project reports. Please see my posts on Research Methodology and MBA Projects (a sample report on Management by Objectives is attached). In other posts, I have given links to sites that have guidelines for writing reports. Kindly look at them too.
