Hi,

I just want to know what are the different documents that are verified while conducting the recruitment and selection process. I only know about qualification certificates and CV. Can someone tell me what different documents of candidates are verified? Or, what different documents need to be submitted to the organization after his/her selection? Please help!

Hi Mana!

Following documents should be verified at the time of Recruitment and Selection:

1. Qualification Certificate
2. Experience Certificate
3. Last Month Salary Slip
4. Relieving Certificate from Previous Employer
5. Or you can check references provided by the candidate.
