I have some useful material which I downloaded from this forum and also from various other websites. I also made a presentation some time back, but my hard disk crashed last week, and I was unable to recover it. Fortunately, these documents are saved on my office PC, so I can send them to you. Additionally, you can refer to the book by Tom Peters, i.e., "Talent."
