Hello Sir,
Great to have you here. We are a group of young people trying to build a community that HR professionals would hopefully find very helpful. It has been a pleasure helping out young professionals (younger than us) with their queries, some we could and some we didn't have a clue about, but thankfully the group has grown big enough and some very highly respected HR professionals like yourself and professors have joined us to help us build the foundation of this forum.
Hope you'll have an excellent time here and looking forward to your active participation in this community.
Best regards,

Hi, Guys,
I am Murtuza Charania from Samsung Marketing Academy, a marketing professional now transitioning to a Human Resource Development Professional. I believe that human resources are the most important asset a company can have, and managing and retaining the best talent is crucial. Equally important is grooming the right talent for the challenges of the future.
I am excited to be a part of this forum. As I am new, I would love if the veterans could guide me to get the best out of the site.
Regards,
Murtuza
