Dear Mr. Nair,
This is a very nice presentation, and I hope you received many responses regarding the same.
Moreover, I would like to bring to your kind notice that many organizations are implementing the Balanced Scorecard in their organization. According to that, they set the Key Result Areas (KRAs) of the individuals. Yes, I agree most organizations are following the same system. I went through your PowerPoint files, and I found that some of the points you have incorporated are from the BSC model, but it still needs some additional inputs like Financial, Internal & External Customer, Customer Perspective, Learning & Growth. Continuing on the same, you can divide the Appraisal form into two parts. One part would involve the appraisee deciding the jobs that are more critical and assigning points accordingly based on priority. In the second part, like Learning & Growth, Internal & External Customer, the management will assign points in the forms of 10 for each parameter, which is 20 points. The rest of the points will be marked by the appraisee.
Mr. Nair, the above is for your information, please.
Best regards,

Hi Satish,
This is by far the most comprehensive and easy-to-follow, and practically damn good PPT that I have seen. Kudos for your tremendous efforts.
By the way, do you have any process document to convert this into an automated system?
Thanks and regards,

Dear Satish,
Thanks for the PowerPoint (ppt) and Excel files. You have done very good research in obtaining the information. A list of references of the sources used for gathering the information would have been very useful.
Some of the slides contain too much information. It appears as though you have cut and pasted your lecture notes.
Have a nice day.
