Dear Sir,
For example, Mr. X joined on the 1st of January 2008 and resigned on the 31st of December 2009, which amounts to 2 years of service. At the time of settlement for encashment, how much leave is he eligible for, 12 or 24 days for his 2 years of service?
Please guide me on this.

We are currently working on a project and will soon begin construction work for a hotel, spa, and bakery. As a start-up company, we are in the process of creating induction manuals, HR manuals, policies and procedures, SOPs, and various other documents.

Can I get the Standard Operating Procedures of different departments in the hotel, such as Housekeeping, Production, and Service? Please share any formats used for costing as well, such as calculating costs of various services and menu price fixing.
