Hi, good afternoon! :icon10:

Presently, I am working in the HR department at Panchkula. I just want to know how we can change our ESIC dispensary from Chandigarh to Panchkula because our current ESIC dispensary is in Chandigarh and we want to change it. Kindly provide the exact details of the documents/forms required and the process.

For the establishment, there is no dispensary available; however, a dispensary is allotted for the employees. Therefore, if any employee needs to change their designated dispensary, a request to do so in the prescribed form (I do not recall the exact form) should be submitted to the Local Office of ESI Corporation. For further details, please reach out to the Manager at the ESI Local Office.

Dear Vikash,

As Madhu sir said, if you want to change the dispensary of any employee, use Form 53. Otherwise, if you want to change the local ESI office, in that case, you have to submit an application to both the current local office and the new local office for transferring your records.

For more information on this, please consult with ESI officials or make use of your contacts with any ESI representative.

I want to renew my contract labor license. Currently, I have 32 employees as contract workers. I just want to know how much the fees are for that, what the last date of submission of the application is, and which form is required.

Good morning :)

I am working as an HR Executive in the Automotive Industry. I've just created an Organizational Chart for my company. Can you please guide me on the hierarchy of promotion in HR, such as from HR Executive to HR Generalist to HR Manager to VP HR, or is there another progression? Please guide me. Furthermore, could you clarify if the Officers Grade is above the Executive Grade or not?

Please reply soon.

Thanks & Regards,
Priya
