Among these, Vision comes first, then Mission, then Goals and Objectives, and then Strategy formulation.
Vision: What the organization wants to become in the future.
Mission: The purpose of the existence of the organization.
Objectives: The targets towards which management is directed.
Strategy: The process of determining appropriate courses of action for achieving organizational objectives.

The Vision usually contains a few sentences that give the overall direction of where you want to be.
Sample - PERSONAL VISION AND MISSION
VISION
Help people discover and maximize their true given potential to live optimal lives and become transformational leaders.
The mission contains statements on how you are going to achieve the vision stated earlier.
MISSION
Apply technologies based on Behavioral, Cognitive, and Spiritual standards to help people regain their true inner harmony.
Personally, lead a life centered around the values of Excellence, Humility, Integrity, and Trustworthiness. Revere admirable characteristics in others, such as being Courageous, Caring, Educated, Fair, Creative, and Respectful, and attempt to implement similar characteristics in my own life.
After these are adequately formulated, it is easier now to break it down into Goals and Objectives which need to have measurable components. You have heard of SMART Objectives - and this is where it becomes handy.
