You can create systems of procedures for manpower requirements, job descriptions, recruitment & selection processes and formats, induction & orientation processes, training for new as well as existing employees, implementing suggestions, and welfare programs such as health checkups and scholarships for workers' children.

You must define the standard or benchmark practices on HR processes and procedures for each HR function first. Just coining one term will not be enough to understand what this is all about because HR management does not define what that term "Standard of Procedure" is all about. It sounds like "Raksha Bandhan HR initiative."
