Hi Swapnil,
It's really a masterpiece. Keep it up. I am also an HR person, and I know how difficult it is to give an HR interview. I think through this, all the members of CiteHR will gain valuable knowledge. Like me, some of the questions which I had not been asking until now, I will start asking my interviewees.
Thanks a lot!

I must appreciate this, as I have seen many posts on general/technical interview questionnaires, but today is the first time I read a questionnaire for HR professionals with perfect answers. Keep posting :)

Dear all,
I am quoting some requirements of an employer. Can you experienced people explain what is meant and required exactly by the employer?
Thank you very much.
1. Here, the requirement is for an "Onsite Quality Coordinator." Skills required include:
* 12+ years of total experience in IT with substantial delivery experience
* 5+ years of experience in standards and methodology
This is for the position of 'Product Manager' at an IT firm.
What is meant by "substantial delivery experience"?
Thank you.

The questions are good and FAQs. However, I would regret to say that there are no ready-made answers. You should have just posted only questions without suggestions and allow others to think about it. All five fingers are not alike.

Dear Swapnil,
Well-drafted and meticulously planned questions. How about some more questions on:
i) Hobbies of the individual
ii) Extra-curricular activities
iii) Important places of interest in and around the place where the candidate is staying/had stayed
iv) Questions pertinent to current changes in the market with reference to the relevant field - to test the analytical ability of the individual
v) How about some general ice-breaker questions to begin with to make the candidate feel comfortable?
Good work, keep going.
