Dear Sir/Madam,

I have absconded from a company and I don't even have the PF number. Is there any way of getting the PF amount which was deducted from my account? The amount deducted from my account almost accumulated Rs. 20,000.

Please, someone suggest a way to retrieve that money. After all, it is also the hard work that I spent for that company.

Thanks,
Loknath

Hi Mallikarjun,

If you have maintained your salary slips properly, you can find the PF Code and account number in them. Once you have the number, you can inquire at the PF Office and get the necessary forms signed by the bank manager.

Dear Loknath,

To receive your PF accumulation, you need to submit Form 19 and 10C to the Regional PF office. If you do not have a PF number, please consult your PF office along with your payslip. You do not require attestation from your employer. According to the PF Act, you can even get a signature from your bank manager.

Hope I clarified your doubts.

Sir,

Thank you for your suggestion. I checked my salary slip, and under PF No. XX/XXX/XXX/9999, the number is written in this format. This is definitely not the PF number I was expecting. Could you please assist me further in obtaining the correct PF number from another source and also provide guidance regarding withdrawal.

Sir,

Thank you for your help. I don't have the PF Number, first of all. I have been to my bank, where the bank manager says, "I am not involved in any part of your PF transfer, and I don't know this procedure. Please contact your organization."

Please help, Sir.
