Dear Seniors,

I am working as an HR Executive with a software company with a strength of 50+ employees. I have been assigned a task to formulate a training policy, which should include Induction (For New Joiners), Basic Technical Training (Junior Engineers), and Advanced Training (For Senior Engineers).

I am a fresher in this field and have somehow managed to draft one, but I am not satisfied with it myself. The management also feels the same way. They want me to elaborate on the training policy, i.e., explain in detail the roles, definitions, etc. I am totally confused.

Please go through the enclosed attachment and let me know what all needs to be added or modified. If anyone can provide me with a good training policy, I'll be very grateful. Please help.

Regards,
Deep
