Hi,

I also faced the same problem. To control this, note down the following points:

1. The universal factor is that as age grows, you will automatically become calmer.
2. Wake up at 4:00 am and meditate for at least half an hour. Try to increase the time gradually. Just concentrate on the center of your forehead.
3. At the workplace, if you are angered, drink a glass of water, step out of the office to have some tea or snacks, spend a few minutes, and then return (switch off your phone at that time).
4. Lastly, but not the least, those who make you angry are ignorable persons. Just like many dogs bark at the side of roads, do we also bark at them? No, we just ignore it.
5. When you go out to watch a movie, you have to reach the cinema hall with very little time left. At that moment, you do not pay attention to who is passing by or any events on the road because your only goal is to reach the hall on time before the movie starts. Similarly, set your goal and aim, and focus on that. Ignore everything else.

Hope this will help you out.

Also, when you are cool, just think of the effect of your anger. You cannot ignore all those who make you feel angry. They may be trying to change your attitude. Change your attitude/presentation, then see the difference.

Believe me, that is not true. The older you get the more intolerant you get to stupid people and their crass acts and irresponsible words...Oops:)

Oye hoye, great Joydeep! Tussi to kamal karditaa. Yes, I do agree with his post that with such measures, we can control our anger to some extent. Even if you are not able to, always try to utilize the energy in some productive work. Like starting to think of some challenges to fulfill in life. It would for sure help us out! Try it!

The instinctive, natural way to express anger is to respond aggressively. Anger is a natural, adaptive response to threats; it inspires powerful, often aggressive, feelings and behaviors, which allow us to fight and to defend ourselves when we are attacked. A certain amount of anger, therefore, is necessary to our survival.
