I am of the opinion that you can join a Diploma in Labour Laws program at the Institute of Law in Delhi. You can also search for relevant courses through IGNOU. Thereafter, if you have a deep inclination towards learning, there is no dearth of relevant courses. "Think twice, act once." Conventional wisdom of a carpenter says: "measure twice, cut once." Read books on attitude, wisdom, etc., self-improvement books. Try to put into practice and see if it works.
