Dear Amar,
Thanks for sending the calculation file. It is really very useful. One more thing is required in that, which everybody wishes to know. If somebody wants to increase the EMI amount after a year or so, then how should the calculations be made? How will it affect the period and balance amount accordingly? If it is easily possible, kindly do us all a favor.

It's nice. But I would like to calculate and see the monthly principal, monthly interest, cumulative principal, cumulative interest, cumulative payment, and loan balance. Do you have any tools for this purpose? Something like the example below:
