Hello friends, I am a student. I would like to ask you, experienced HR managers, to suggest a latest topic that I can take up as a two-month project in a very large IT organization. Which topics would be good for such a project if the organization is very large? Please guide me through this. Thank you.

Hi :D

You may consider taking a Fringe Area in HR and doing comprehensive work before starting. Get a clue from your Guide/Project Manager about how the End Product of your findings will be implemented, or alternatively, in which areas the Organization seeks some improvements. Consider these Areas: Just suggestions.

🔹 Hot Topics:
1. Organization Readiness with reference to ISO/PCMM or CMMI.
2. Knowledge Management Systems.
3. Collective Information Retrieval.

🔹 Evergreen Topics:
1. Organizational/Unit Climate Survey.
2. Salary or Compensation Benchmarking.

🔹 Interesting topics for working with Large IT setups:
1. Stress Management.
2. Ergonomics.

Best of Luck :D

Well, there could be a lot of projects. I can suggest one which is considered an underdog but is very essential for any organization, especially for very big organizations where it can be vital.
