Dear Saravana Kumar,

Here, I can give you some inputs:

- First, set up your location, which is well-known to people. (Address)
- Register your company name according to the prevailing Legal Acts there. (Factories Act/ Shops and Establishment Act, etc)

Please let me know if you need further assistance or information.

Thank you.

Acquiring Clients:

I have an idea, check this out if you feel comfortable.

- Hire a graduate with a minimum package who has good communication skills and knows the area well.
- You will ask him only to visit the offices/companies and get the concerned person's visiting card or phone number and drop your card there.
- Take an appointment with the help of the card or number provided by your guy and reach them personally to make a deal.
- Prepare an agreement copy that will be valid for a certain period and includes the terms and conditions and also the service fee, etc...!

One important thing I would share with you is don't make contacts only for business; make contacts for a relationship. Automatically, you will get business in a certain time period from all the people with whom you are maintaining a relationship.

For any other clarifications, you can mail me.
