Hello Prathima,
Regarding this Travel Policy, I have some queries. I want to know if it will be changed as per industry standards or if it will remain the same. Also, is there a maximum limit for the payment of travel expenses covered by the employer?
In the policy, it is mentioned that for 3 days, the employee will receive Rs. 2000. I am concerned that this may result in a loss for the employee because if we calculate the daily reimbursement, it seems to exceed the amount credited.
Please guide me as I have only 1 year of experience in HR.
Regards,
Anupama
