Please help me in how to prepare an offer letter for this case. The situation is as follows:
My organization is going to recruit freshers from colleges, and then the company will provide training to the freshers with the help of outside training institutes. Now, there is a bond for 1.5 years. How should I prepare the offer letter? It's urgent; please help me out.
