This is Shubha here. I would like to know if someone could help guide me on how to prepare a SOP for HR and administration matters. For example, a SOP for salary advance, guest house/accommodation request. This is required for me as I have to prepare SOPs for HR and Administration for our ISO Manual.

Hi Shubha,
You would have to detail all the Standard Operating Procedures for HR being followed in your company. The easier way is to track the entire employee life cycle starting with the procedure for making a recruitment requisition, the format (as an annexure), and the process for doing it, drilling down the process. I am afraid there is no easier way; you have to customize it to your company processes.
