I would like to propose restructuring the salary to be more employee-friendly, considering the Income Tax Act. Now, which level of salary structure do you prefer? For workmen, salary structuring is not required much. For senior staff, you can divide it as follows: Basic salary, 50% or 40% as HRA, INR 800 for conveyance, LTA, and up to INR 15,000 per year can be allocated for medical reimbursement.
