Hi,

I am deciding the salary breakup of the whole-time director. I am giving a fixed conveyance allowance in the monthly salary, which is exempt up to Rs. 800 per month, and at the same time providing the transport facility by hiring a motor car.

Can we give conveyance through the monthly salary and transport facility through CTC at the same time?

Hi! You cannot give conveyance allowance of Rs.800 per month , if the director is already availing benefit of Actual bills of petrol reimbursenment.
