Didn’t read it....far too long! - 2 pages max! Don’t use fonts like that, they’re not businesslike. Stick to Arial or Times

Please check your employment dates as there seems to be an error. Also, take this as my advice: stick to a company for at least a couple of years. You seem to be shifting very frequently from one company to another. When you move up the ladder, it could be seen as a negative mark on your profile.
