    You have not mentioned which profile you selected when joining the company. Was it HR, Operations, or Admin? To start, organize material on the company's profile, ethics, policies, and customers from internal sources. Speak with senior personnel from your department. If you have multiple responsibilities, divide your tasks accordingly. If you have joined the HR department, search for the best materials on HR practices such as hiring, industrial relations, and training.

    This is a hospital, and as I understand, it is covered under the Karnataka Shops and Commercial Establishment Act. If I am correct, please help me regarding the procedure of:

    1. Contents the appointment letter should carry.
    2. Procedure of notices for misconduct (e.g., disobedience when instructed to work)
    3. Appraisal format that can be used.
