    Those are some really good HR policies. I was working in a small IT company where there is no system of working, and whatever policies are made have not been finalized. I worked in the HR Dept and managed everything single-handedly.

    But now I have given my resignation and want to join a better company where there are proper rules and regulations. I got the policies posted by you in Part I and Part V of useful HR policies links. Can you please give the other policy links to me? It will be useful for me in framing policies in this new company and streamlining the HR Dept.
