Hi everybody,

Could anyone please help me out in how to prepare a performance management questionnaire? What are the important topics to be addressed to employees to find out whether they are satisfied with the current performance management process?

Thank you,
Jenny

Basically, for the questionnaire, you have to first identify the primary objectives of implementing a Performance Management System (PMS) in your company. Then, outline the steps and sub-steps of the PMS. Next, analyze how the PMS is linked to employee satisfaction and develop a questionnaire from the perspective of an employee. I hope this guidance helps you.

This string clearly shows the futility of posing a general question without doing proper homework. A message posted in early July 2008 has just received a response today.
