I went through the first voice file and understood that we would be able to grasp it better if we have the book along with the tracks. It mentions that we might also need to practice some exercises provided in the book. I kindly request you to please forward us a copy of that as well if possible.

Hi, I am new to this site and have felt compelled to remark on what I have observed in this thread.
I notice that people use short forms such as "u" instead of "you." I assume "d" stands for "the." To my mind, this does not help those who endeavor to improve their English language skills.
