Thanks for the link. Yup, the material was indeed useful, though I still have to give the final touch to the entire module. I'm working with a software company as a Generalist HR. I have a Masters in Clinical Psychology + MPM and worked as a Psychologist for a year before shifting to Core HR, so I am still new to the field. I am trying to learn a lot of things; your signature had CPBA in it, which appealed to me. Now, I will check through the links you sent to see how I can go about it.

Clinical Psychology is more to do with mental illnesses, neurotic as well as hardcore psychotic. It also makes you eligible for psychometric testing and psychotherapy - behavioral, cognitive, etc. It's more towards the medical side. That's how I got a chance to work at Apollo Group Hospital with a very renowned Psychiatrist in Pune for 1 year. Clinical psychology also covers behavioral psychology as it's a field that encompasses almost all streams of psychology.

Dear friends, I am an HR person, and I think there is a need for English training at the supervisor and worker levels. Although I have accessed some English files from Cite HR, I would appreciate it if you could help by providing me with an English presentation PowerPoint on how to learn English. This request stems from a recent training session on quality where a few staff members had difficulty understanding English. As a result, the consultant recommended English training for them.
