I really appreciate your decision, but before starting any business, you need to have good experience and a network in the respective field. One should understand the "ins and outs" of recruitment. Without that knowledge, it is very difficult to compete in this field.

On the sourcing front, you can find profiles through job boards, LinkedIn, Silicon Network, headhunting (target the companies and poach the right fit), etc. We would also like to know the requirements you are starting with so that we can let you know the candidate pool.
