I am an HR personnel and need your help urgently. Kindly provide me with the format of the PF Closure Form on an urgent basis. As far as I know, Form 10c+19 is used for the same, but I do not have an idea of the format. I request you for the same.

To withdraw your PF, you should buy PF withdrawal forms (Form No. 19 and 10C) from the local PF office in the cities where you worked. You will need three forms to be submitted to the three organizations where you worked. Part of the form needs to be filled out by you (the forms are easy to fill) and the rest should be completed by your previous companies. These companies will fill out their part and submit the forms to the PF authorities. The authorities will then directly deposit the amount into your mentioned account number and send an information note to your provided home address.
