Dear All,
I need help from you all. I have been working in a recruitment firm for the past 3.5 years, handling all responsibilities. I was promised a share from the profits made by the firm because I have been involved in all activities such as business development, recruitment, billing, and administration.
However, I have now been informed that I will be given a target and paid based on my performance, which was not the case before. Additionally, the behavior of my boss towards me has changed, as he is now constantly criticizing me for minor issues.
Currently, my salary is 20K per month. I am considering whether I should leave my job. Please advise me on what steps I should take next.
