Is anybody able to suggest or give ideas on an Executive MBA Course? Is there a career path associated with an Executive MBA program that spans 1 year and 2 semesters if someone chooses to pursue it? How promising is the future for those undertaking an Executive MBA?

I am currently working as an Assistant Manager for an insurance company. I want to add value to my resume. Currently, my educational background is a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com). I want to know how far an Executive MBA will help me. Will it add the same value to my profile as a regular MBA? Are there any good options available for me to pursue this while continuing to work as I can't leave my job to study?
