Hey Guys,
I am keen on pursuing an Executive MBA in HR, and wanted to know which Institutes cater to these courses. I would prefer a one year course and from a reputed Institute which is recognized by all.
I have done a one part time PGDHR from Xavier’s Institute of Management (XIM-Mumbai) and have in all 7 years of relevant HR experience. I am currently working as Assistant Manager HR with experience in Recruitments, Corporate HR, Training & Induction and Organization Development.

Hey, you can choose any university or institute for this, as there are numerous options available today. You can consider Anna Malai or Symbiosis, for example, because the key is to study hard and earn a Diploma. Go to the search engine and find the best option that suits your preferences. Make sure to read all the terms, study cycles, and examination procedures before selecting one.
Personally and professionally, I believe that we need to work hard and grasp the concepts of an Executive MBA course. Understanding what this Executive course can offer us and its benefits is crucial. These Executive courses are designed to help us position ourselves in the market with the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve our goals.
While degrees and diplomas are important, it is common knowledge that many individuals with degrees remain unemployed due to a lack of experience, practical knowledge, and understanding.
Therefore, wherever you choose to go, follow your heart, put in the effort, grasp the concepts thoroughly, and give it your all.
Best of luck!
