I am a 22-year-old female pursuing an MBA, currently doing my summer training from a consultancy where I am working on the concept of RPO - Recruitment Process Outsourcing! I am required to prepare a questionnaire and also get it filled by some HR managers or executives. For the very same purpose, I request all the HR managers and executives who come across this post of mine to please take some time out and fill the questionnaire attached below! Instead of just appealing to people on this site by stating how it will help you, also mention how it will be useful to them. Offer them a copy of your findings, and you might receive a better response.
