Thanks for posting such nice information. The questionnaires are really useful. I have the following queries regarding the same:
1. Can you please tell us the scoring for each questionnaire and the general interpretation for each score?
2. One of the files uploaded is not opening as it seems to be corrupted. This is the first set of questionnaires that you have posted. Please check and let us know if it includes the same material as you have posted in your second attached file.

Oh La, La Octavious, I guess this is the only post with so many people saying "Thanks."
And yes, I saw some questionnaires. However, I guess there must be an evaluation system as all answers may not carry the same weightage nor evaluation. Is there a guide, or will someone guide us?

I am an HR Executive in an IT firm, but currently, I am facing a major problem of deciding my KRAs as HR initiatives and development for myself as well as for the organization. Please suggest something that you think I can initiate as HR and can fulfill too. I hope to get your response soon. 😕
