Dear All,
We have one deed (exemption under Section 17(1)(a)) Trust. Now, we have decided to surrender that trust to the appropriate authority, but we haven't received any notification regarding that exemption. The notification is 46 years old.
Please guide me regarding the procedure to obtain the notification under which we were granted the exemption for the trust as we have lost it.
Furthermore, please advise me on the procedure for surrendering the exempted PF code.
Kindly provide me with information on the appropriate government authority under these circumstances.
