Dear All,
As an HR professional, it is a challenge to get people on board. There are several ways to increase the Offer vs. Joinee ratio. One effective method we have implemented is sending a "welcome letter" to the family members of new joiners. I am enclosing the letter format for your reference. This practice has proven to help us increase our joinee rate by 5%.
Regards,
Dasa

Dear Dasa, Really nice and unique way of thinking..... It surely would give the joinee and concerned family an emotional bonding and increase company’s value in his/ her mind.

Really good thought.
To add value and make it more effective, we can even invite any of the family members on the date of joining. I have been implementing this in my organization for the past 3 years. We host a welcome party for any new joinees with a cake-cutting ceremony along with their family members. Photos are taken and included in the monthly internal magazine.
Depending on the time, availability, and number of recruits, we can plan this activity. We can designate one particular day in a month or week to have a New Recruits Induction Day.
