There are 2 ways to conduct the open house:
1. Send an email to all employees and inform them about the open house meeting. Have a senior member in the system anchor and answer the queries raised. HR should document all the queries and answers. Unanswered queries can be addressed in the next open house.
2. Send an email to all your employees in advance and include suggestion/query boxes. Collect all suggestions/queries and have a senior member in the system respond. Ensure that all department heads such as Head of HR, Finance, IT, Operations, etc., are present at the open house.
