Hi Asha,
Very wonderful PPT. I just wanted to conduct a Personality Development Session in our organization along the same lines. This PPT would be helpful to me. May I use it with your permission?

Hi,
This is a useful post. Could you also share the source of this information? I have not yet come across any usage of terms like "Last Day" instead of "yesterday". Additionally, you could add a point that reminds the trainees to speak slowly when speaking with Americans as this will reduce the problems in understanding the accent.

Hi Ash,
It's a wonderful presentation. In fact, I would say you gave me new hope on how one needs to be careful and proactive while communicating with Indian and international clients.

Asha,
That's a beautiful one. I work for a software company where all our employees deal with foreign clients. Two of our employees had a glance at the PPT while I was watching and asked to forward it. See how much craze your article has generated. Keep posting.

The PowerPoint presentation (PPT) is nice viewing material and will definitely be useful for the new entrants in BPOs. I am basically not an HR professional, but based on my experience, I tend to think like one and enjoy browsing articles and literature on HR.

Hi Asha,
Good presentation, but with a specific scope. I mean, this is okay if the client or target audience is "Americans," but you are using the term on slides as "International clients." Whereas, the phrases or words you are mentioning, which should not be spoken or are wrong, are okay for Americans but not internationally. Most of the words and phrases are from British origin. We in India, the masses have undergone the British education system, so there is no WRONG as such. It's only that it cannot be implied on everyone, especially with Americans.
Good work.
Thanks.

Ryan,
The PowerPoint presentation was an improvisation of an email I received. I added a few more points to make it look more complete. I will keep your suggestions in mind while improvising the presentation. Thank you.
Manju,
Sure, carry on. It's not a copyrighted product.

Hi Asha,
I must say, it was an excellent presentation and has been of immense help to me. It was exactly what I was looking for. I knew all of it but wasn't able to articulate it. I feel it has been very kind of you to share it out here. Let me know if I could be of any help to you.
With much thanks,
