Morning, Guys and Girls!
Motivation has been and will remain a subject of interest for one and all. Breaking away from the common perception, herein, I have attached a small albeit very apt PowerPoint presentation, which I am sure will bring you to almost hate me. Even at that cost, I would expect your replies/comments just to make my day!

Hi Sandeep,
I liked your PPT but you know what... it is very confusing. I mean, it makes one read literally word by word and also understand the relationship among the words. It's true that motivation by an object or by an individual is like being their slave, but I believe it's only temporary. Once you are highly motivated by someone and if you are sharp enough to understand the trick on how to motivate yourself the next time using the same trick as the individual is using, you don't end up being their slaves.
You have actually put it rightly - it's all perception.
Thanks,
Kip 😄

Hey, you think pretty much like me!
There have been plenty of times that I have tried to develop content on motivation, but none have been very satisfying; as a result, I have not had any sessions on the same. Well, now I think you have set me thinking on a path that I will use the next time I am asked for the same. I know how to attack this so-called problem of lack of "motivation."
Thanks, you made my day!

A nice topic to ponder....
I do agree totally with it. If you start delving deep within yourself (inner being), you might not expect any kind of motivation from others or even be self-motivated. Since we are dependent on external factors and tend to seek everything outside of ourselves, we rely on this concept called motivation.

First of all, I would like to appreciate Sandy for posting a really thought-provoking ppt with a different angle altogether. Nice work done, Sandy. But isn't it human nature to never get satisfied? And if an employee is satisfied, then doesn't it stagnate his growth (growth in all aspects including financial and mental)? Even if it's all about perception, then the world a person sees since the time he was born till the time he dies is all perception only. It's just that the perception keeps changing according to the environment.
The President in the ppt himself is motivated. Though the motivation in his case is to not be a slave to motivation, and that is why he is motivated not to believe in motivation. I know it's a little confusing, but then again it's all about perception 😉.
Last but not least, we humans also came from monkeys only. After all, apes were the ancestors of human beings. 😄
