Hi,

I had worked in a company, Pyramid Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., based in Noida for 8 months. After two months from the date of my resignation, I applied for P.F. withdrawal, but now they are not ready to process it from their side. Actually, in Form 19c, there are columns in which we need to fill the details regarding how much was contributed from my side, how much was from the company's side, and how much was the interest, so that we get a total amount. Since I don't have those details, how will I get the form attested by a Gazetted officer? In that case, what should I do? Please help me out and tell me how I can withdraw my P.F. without employer assistance. Also, please tell me what action can be taken against the company from my side.

Thank you.

The details of your PF contribution, employer's contributions, etc., are not required to be filled by the member of the fund, i.e., not by you. It is the company that has to provide this data in form 3A. If the company is not willing to accept/process the forms, you may visit your PF office branch near you with your PF number and ask for further instructions.

Hi,

One more thing to remember is that the withdrawal of PF (if not working in another company) or the transfer of PF to your new company is your right; no one can deny your right. Just visit your PF regional office and ask for the instructions.

Hi,

In case you don't want to go to the company or because people are not providing details, then in that particular column, you can write "As per Annual Return" and file the same with the PF department.
