Please give me some ideas what type of events can be organised in IT company for motivation and fun for employees.

Regarding your question, you can organize sports events by dividing all the branches in your organization into separate groups (I don't know if it is already in practice with your organization).
If you think that the above plan doesn't work, you can follow some other practices. I believe that your company does have a notice board. So, just go ahead and display on the board just before the start of your workday that "the guy that comes in black trousers today would get some gift" and he/she can collect it from HR block from a concerned person. This will create some interest and enthusiasm for employees before they get on with their work. Find out innovative ideas like these and get going with them by displaying them every day on the notice board. I think this will work. Not needed for the gift to be costly, a DVD or a music album will work as a gift.
