Hello, can anyone help me with explaining the fixed and variable salary structure? I am often asked about how much is fixed and how much is variable in your CTC. I would be glad if you could attach a format for these. My company doesn't define it separately as to what is fixed and what is variable. Is it always necessary that the variable pay, which is linked to performance, is included in the CTC?
