Hi All,

I am doing a project on TNA in a BPO. I have to develop a questionnaire. Can someone please help me? What basic dimensions should I have, and how many questions should be in each dimension? If possible, could you please send across a sample questionnaire?

Here are some sample questions. I hope you find this useful.

1. Career progression in the current company (department/position held/CTC and broad responsibilities).
2. Prior Work Experience, Highest Qualification, Language Proficiency (speak/read/write).
3. Developmental programs attended.
4. Performance assessment for the past three years.
5. Key Strengths.
6. What is the most important developmental need?
7. What does your boss think is your most important developmental need?
8. Training and developmental needs for existing role/career developmental needs (functional/leadership).
9. Which of the programs interest them (like projects/Management development program/Leadership programs)?
10. Career direction for the next three years/fallback direction.
