We always talk about fun at work, recreational activities, and Fish philosophies. But I would like to know the tricks where we won't do stress management; rather, we will concentrate on how the company can align its goals with individuals' goals for a better environment and enhanced productivity, etc.

I would also like to know how we can implement the concept of ice breaking. How can the company motivate every employee to interact with other departments and teams?

May be somewhere I am failing to convey what I need. Our organization's goal is that we need people to come on time. Maybe for that, we can create different groups where people may come from various teams, note their timing, and give prizes to the winning group. I need this type of ideas. Please share if you have some more good ideas.
